12EVOLVE, PLLC, was established as a growing practice to support families and individuals through high quality coaching, counseling and consulting.

Our Clinical Director, Elda-Rosa Coulthrust is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC); Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina, Clinical Consultant and Certified Professional Coach. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, adolescents and adult clients in a variety of settings, and has extensive experience in the area of program development.

Elda-Rosa graduated from Norfolk State University with a Master’s Degree in Community/Clinical Psychology.

Elda-Rosa has also joined with organizations to develop protocol for quality compliance monitoring, continuous improvement and strategic management of Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Services. Elda-Rosa has also been recognized as Professional Coach in the areas of Performance, Development and Executive/Leadership.

12EVOLVE finds that utilizing an eclectic approach to coaching and therapy is beneficial, drawing from the approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, strength-based and solution-focused therapy modalities. 12EVOLVE provides individual and family therapy, life coaching and workshops focusing in areas related to self-esteem, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, boundary setting and relational dynamics.

Through the therapeutic process, 12EVOLVE aims to join with clients and empower them to identify and clarify personal goals while reframing self-defeating beliefs. 12EVOLVE's intention is to empower clients with the tools for making positive, lasting changes.
